Alfred Ablaza has extensive knowledge of business process improvement programs and systems developed from solid experience and service of 20 years in the food manufacturing industry while working for Nestlé. A degree-holder in Industrial Engineering and a Certified Management Consultant through an international IMC certification, Alfred is highly experienced with Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence and LEAN tools and methodologies, Quality and Safety management strategies, and Leadership & Culture development programs. A qualified LEAN Expert from the Lean Six Sigma Society of Professionals and the author of the book “Speed-To-Results!”, Alfred is currently the CEO of Gagement, which he founded in 2013.
